We understand excellence as the result of a rigorous design process and valued input from multiple voices and hands. Active and collaborative engagement between client, architect, consultant, builder, and maker is critical to any successful project and no singular hand is seen as responsible for the whole. Similarly, the design process within our office is not a top-down formula. We work in an open studio environment where ideas can originate from anyone and all projects are open to discussion and critique. The project team is then responsible to develop, research and test those ideas in a controlled and rigorous manner. Everyone is invested in everything.
